This is transcribed with all strings tuned down 1/2 step, i think.  My guitar was right in tune, but that ususallly means something funky going on around there.   I think a lot of Stu's songs are done like this.   As for the picking, it is probably not precise, but that's up to you.   Pees, c-lo.
