Sorry for the continuous pun-ishment re: the album title
. Anyway, on to the point of the post, which is that, as Dee said in comments, you can check out samples for the whole album on Amazon by going here.

For any interested, Amazon is now allowing whole song downloads for a very reasonable $8.99. For those who can’t wait (like me, I admit) it might be worth it.
Stu’s Myspace page has some full songs on it, too (Twisted Mystery, Already Free, Sugar Bullets, Deity Freak, and Fear of Light).
Album’s a little more accessible than most of Stuart’s, which makes sense given the wider audience, but it’s still quite lovely and very infectious. I’m definitely enjoying it.

Being the lucky (bastard) that I am, I have had the album for a while now and been enjoying it. Definitely more accessible, feels like we’re on the cusp of another evolution of his writing and sound and that’s very exciting!

1. Thank you for posting lyrics for some of the songs on Something Simple! I hope you get lyrics for “Deity Freak” up soon, because I’ve been trying to make out some of them without much luck.
2. Some of the songs that you presented on said page aren’t actually on the CD (notably, “Fuck or Fight,” which I was hoping would make the final cut). The Amazon page linked above has the correct list.

Yeah, fixed that, I have the correct lyrics for Deity Freak up now along with everything else for the album. Sorry for the delay on that
